Baby Back Ribs



Rub:
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Smoked Paprika
3/4 T. Black Pepper
1 T. Salt
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Label: Defrost ribs overnight in refrigerator. When thawed coat both sides with mustard, then rub both sides with rub. Bake at 225 for 6-8 hours. Take out of oven and coat with Sweet Baby Ray sauce and wrap in foil, Grill for 15-20 min meaty side down.
